We collect your name, email address and any other personal information you supply in any email to us. We will only use this data to answer your query or respond to your communication. The information will be kept within our email and administration system. We will keep your information until we no longer have any need to communicate with you. This will typically be 12 months after our last email or phone call. We are processing this data because we have a legitimate interest in promoting our products and services. If your enquiry results in you considering us as a supplier for the goods and services we offer, we are then processing your personal information in connection with negotiating a contract.
Your information is secured with password protected access and our building has CCTV mentoring. The data will not leave the European Union area and is not passed to any third party.
